Mikey .... the proposed "in the mouth" restriction would be for non-bouyant lure restricted waters...can be read on page seven of the link in an earlier post.

Scott...dunno about game violation charges here...last one I got was for shooting ducks two minutes past closing time back in the late '60's. We were picking up the decoys when Mr. Green "wanted to talk".
