Indian Taco
start with Frybread:
4 cups flour
2 Tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
mix with whisk while adding warm water until gooey
knead on floured board to semi-dry stage

use hands to shape dough pieces
cook in vegtable oil (1/4") med heat
let cook slowly
remove & put into paper bag to remove excess oil

For Taco (use frybread as you would a tostada shell)
place ontop: seasoned whole beans (refried beans if you prefer), seasoned labrador or calico/tabby, shredded lettuce, grated chedder cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions & optional salsa, sour cream & jalapenos (or green chiles).
