If they just rob & leave without hurting anyone, we'll track them down later. They always get caught. We are proactive against robbers, especially during this time of the year. I'd feel awful if one of my ladies was injured due to a Rambo move on my part.

If they hurt someone, especially one of the ladies I work with, the gloves are off and they wouldn't survive the day.
