I just spoke with my buddy who works for King County roads. He had returned a little while ago from the Tokul creek area. He said the WDFW will probably not open the creek above the bridge due to the slides and amount of debris in the creek. The gravel bars at the mouth of the creek are piled with sediment and there are big logs, stumps and brush swirling around the big eddy, but people are fishing at the mouth and big eddy. The bridge over Tokul creek will be paved Thursday, (blew out by a logjam from the two huge slides upstream) but because there is no word on when 202
will open, access is via Snoqualmie. You can't get there from Fall City. David Powell road is closed and only for local traffic, as about 150' of road washed away and there is only a narrow one lane route.
