Birdsview to Hamilton - 6 miles
Hamilton to Lyman - 5 miles

Concrete at the mouth of the Baker is usable.
The Birdsview launch is driftboat usable, but risky to launch a sled.
The Hamilton launch is badly damaged, but still usable for sleds.
Cockerham Island gravel bar is usable, but you have to back your truck at least 50 feet into the river to get a trailer deep enough to launch.
The Lyman launch (gravel bar) no longer exists, and I didn't see any place to take out there.

The upshot is that WDFW needs a major grant from the state agency Committee on Outdoor Recreation to repair most of the boat ramps on the Skagit, and that most likely won't happen until the recession is over.
