I would encourage you to look into an IM6 rod that we have been building lately. My opinion is that it is a better rod than the GL2 and less expensive. For example.

I have a 10'6" (6-15) 3/8-3/4 lure weight, $175...+ shipping, it's a really nice rod... rootbeer brown in color.
Compared to the GL3 1263 at $300 retail, ($250 TH price) it's a good deal.

The IM6 rods also come with a warranty from us (TH Custom Rods) and the blank manufacture.
