Though I agree that this individual's actions were wrong and completely contrary to the conservation of wild steelhead, your statement shows complete ignorance on your part. Maybe you could be a little more articulate and show some intelligence in your choice of words. I question whether or not you even know or understand why your statement is so offensive. As to the remainder of your post I completely agree.
