I picked 3 out of 4 and if UNC or UConn wins the tourney I will win my office pool. That would be 2 in a row and 3 out of 4 years. I actually kind of hope I lose, because people are getting tired of the boss winning. Especially because we make everyone fill out a bracket (and take the entry fee out of their paychecks). We have an employer match too, so I am going to have to either buy lunch, or beer, or something to make everyone happy.
