Computer users should follow these easy to remember rules:

a) Have *good* anti-virus software installed on your computer that is updated nightly.
b) Make sure your computer is fully patched at all times.
c) Have good passwords for every account

And the three other pieces of advice I have are:

1) NEVER EVER trust any attachment that you did not specifically request.
2) Never open an attachment directly within your email client. Always save it to your computer first, as that invokes the a scan by the anti-virus software.
3) QUIT SURFING FOR PORN!!!!!!!
4) Let Parker fish on your boat (often), even if he is a PHUKER, as he is a computer and data life saver when called upon. Just ask those whose computing-asses I have saved. Right, Doc? wink

I have a fleet of Mac's and PC's running 24x7 in my office alone that have never ever been compromised in any fashion and all I do is follow my own advice.

A little common computing sense goes a long way.....

Oh yeah, and if do you have surf for porn, Get a Mac. wink
