Scotty Downriggers: Both have Swivel Bases and all of the Mounting Hardware.

One is an Depth Power Electric, I think it has a 24"or36" Boom it also comes with a rod holder and the electrical connection hardware.

The other is a manual Strong Arm, with a 24"-48" telescoping boom, Both downriggers are in great shape.

Also included are three downrigger balls and Approx. 4-6 release clips.
