No the boat does not have any holes. I am at work and boat is at home but believe length is 12 feet. Yes the boat comes with a trailer. As far as your question on the Skagit I do not know because I do not fish that river. If you are familiar with the Sky it is good for runs like the ones made from Sultan boat launch down.
