You must be referring to The Oregon Hatchery Research Center, up Fall Creek, at the site of the old Fall Creek Hatchery (coho). Been there a time or two We actually work with them quite a bit.

Water temp today finally hit 71*. Didn't break 70* at all last summer. Temps drop off to about 64 at night, and stay cool until around 11:30 a.m., then ramp up quick. Started treating for buggy uglies today
