i just had a phone call form someone saying they where from credit card service wanting to lower my interest rate. i went along just to see what they would says. first they ask for my highest rate card and says yes it should be lowered by law. next the 800 number on the card and then the card number when i would not give the card number they said they had it on file so i said just use it. that is when the ended the called. i am sure it was a fraud. be careful folks
