Aha, got it. Text below. Apparently it only popped up for dealers, not consumers, which makes sense since one of the guys has a dealers license for a side business he runs...not sure about the other guy though! Although only dealers saw the erronous and poorly written privacy statement, I bet it gave them quite a shock. Good thing it was not enforceable.
