I've done more research and want 500# capacity, so I am going to pass on this one. If I was just getting one to float down local rivers for the day, this would be a great deal. Don't lower your price, try advertizing more, maybe in the Little Nickel. $600 new should bring you $400-$500 (unless you get desperate). Thx
