A few good points in between the usual squabbles. I guess the underlining question that remains though is: Can illegals enroll or is it limited to citizens? That was clearly the impetus behind Wilson's outburst...but what are the facts? Providing health care for illegals, at least according to some, is a major money sink in the US.
