The American Judge gives her a 9.9

In asking the judge later as to why she didn't get the coveted Perfect 10, the judge went on to say,

"Her ball handling skills were exceptional. I really enjoyed her passion and enthusiasm with the ball. I was forced to deduct the 10th of a point due to the lack of cupping the ball at the final climax of the routine."
