My kneejerk response based on my wolf post and our extreme political differences is to not interfere and let nature take it's course.


However I have the same problem.
The muthaf*ckkers have awakened me the last two nights in a row with their howling and I fear for my cat's life.
I have a great cat and would take pride in killing the entite pack of coyotes to make it safer for him.
If they kill him it's f*kkin war.


It is difficult.
You can try calling them and shooting them, but I'd notify neighbors first.
However you might be met with resistance.
Coyotes are almost impossible to catch in a box trap.
With the banning of leghold traps and snares, we are pretty much screwed.

The lefty treehuggers sealed that deal.
Oops.


You can also try calling the gov't office of animal damage control.
You might have to dramatize the call , but they will send out the gov't trapper & he will address the problem.
They are good at what they do.
