I have a recreational lot at Lake Connor Park, which is in Machias, near Lk Stevens.

The lot has power, water, sump, firepit, 10 by 12 storage shed, and has been gravelled.

It is very close to the front gate, lake, pools,clubhouse.

The park has 24 hr security, beautiful surroundings, quiet, close to town, many bathrooms w/ hot showers, one is very near my lot.

I had a 32ft fifth wheel on it, which is gone.

The lot can be used 180 days per year, and rv can be left year round.

It hits the nickel wed. fro 3400
for fishing folks, it is 3000 here! pretty cheap way to own a camping lot!

There are quarterly dues which average 55 mo., which to me is cheap, especially If you have a trailer or RV you store.

The only reason I am selling it is because my folks have a lot they just sold.
