I'm reading that there are provisions within the Patriot act(s) & BARDA that provide for manditory vaccination in the event of a declared national health emergency.

I've read that some of the agents contained within the new Swine flu vaccines can be very harmful, espcecially to high risk groups of people such as the young, elderly, and people with pre-existing conditions.

Could we see a scenario form where a widespread breakout occurs and the masses are forced to become vaccinated against their will? ...and you could be arrested and detained without warrant if you refuse?

It's damn near state law in that freakland Massechusetts.

I don't think so, but it seems like the Federal Government could force us into becomning vaccinated by law if they chose to.
