Yup. 100 year old house, and I've been at it for almost 2 years. All new windows, plumbing, electrical, insulation, kitchen, etc..... I'm burned out on the finish work though, and crown molding and trim are not my strength.

The wirsbo looks easy, and I helped a friend install most of the house so far, but plumbing still makes me nervous. Not something I'm willing to mess up.

Big O - I have some very high ext trim that I cant reach. Do you have a very tall ladder?

lazydrifter - PM coming. Tile work is coming once the new bathroom is plumbed, and we already have the tile.

Same boat as me. I am remodeling a home built in 1906. Been at it for almost 2 years as well. All new everything HVAC, Plumbing, wiring, vacuum system, insulation, blah blah, blacch. Got the cabinets in, been painting like a mofo for a week. Last weekend we wrapped almost all the windows and rehabbed and re-installed the 100 year old 4 panel doors upstairs (the jambs were built with those square spikes).

The finish work is not my strength either, but really don't have much money to spend on labor at this point so we are doing it anyways, just really slowly.
