Killed last week in Nebraska by a 24-year-old meat cutter from Texas.

Nebraska whitetail record buck?

Green scored at 281, which is 1 1/8 points bigger than "Ol' Mossy Horns", which is the world record non-typical whitetail. This one was a rifle buck, so it wouldn't qualify as a world record. However, it may be an entry in the new Boone & Crockett "Sh*thouse Luck" classification.

The story: "He shot the buck from about 100 yards shortly before sundown Saturday, not long after he stepped out of a truck to stalk a different deer."

WTF?!?
