I don't think she *actually* held the knife and slit the throat of the chick, but she was there during the incident and was probably there in the room when it happened.

She'd probably be out of jail now if she had just told the truth to begin with. But no. Her and her sleezey boyfriend made up some stupid story that the fine folks at CSI Miami could easily crack in the 1-hour allotted time slot at CBS.

I don't think her role in this makes her guilty of murder - as the one guy already confessed and is in jail for the murder. It just makes her stupid.

Unfortunately, Italy's legal system is a farking joke and they need/want a scape-goat. A STUPID American would be perfect for that.

She'll get the guilty verdict.
