Hey Matt, I hope you hosed down the cyl walls with WD-40 or the likes and turned it over by hand??? before hitting the starter, the cyl walls had to have some crud on them if it was outside like you indicate, carbs will probably need to be gone through as well, hope you didnt break any rings??.
go online and type NADA that wil go to the used car guide and there will be links for outboard motors, it is way off in my opionion, but who am I, you have a great motor if it runs right, if it is messed up or needs alot of tinkering who knows maybe a parts motor now. are you close to Bothell??
