My neighbor and I did make it up to see the boat today.

I must agree with your description, Nick, in that the motors are being sold and there is a "hull" attached. Nick, the hull was full of dry rot from one end to the other, including all the support ribs and bulkheads. Its shot, and frankly in my opinion is not worth repairing.

Now, those two outboards are a different story..both looked to be in decent shape, and if anyone wanted to buy them for use on a boat the price your asking is probably fair. The 90/65 Johnson needs a bit of work to the lower pump (intake), and most likely a new impeller and seals, but the head looked good.
I didn't look too close at the 7.5, but it appeared to be in decent cond. from what I could see.

Too bad that boat has sat in the weather for so long...we could see it was a good boat in its day.
