I have been remodeling a house, and considering the fact that I have spent about 100k on "stuff" over the last year. The thought of getting something for x-mas turned my stomache. Some people couldn't help it though.

I got some studded wading boots, windshield wipers, and my wife decided to get the Wii for the whole family. So now I have to figure out how to fish the wire from that little bar down to the cabinet.

Actually we did get one really cool gift, my brother-in-law is laid off right now and spent some time building a mantle for our remodel project. It came out great.

Those two sunny days were a nice gift as well, I needed to do some touch up painting, and put in some exterior tiles on a porch and was able to get that done.
