I didn't see anything except that the amount of BP allowed to be kept at home increased from 5 to 50lbs. I wouldn't have a needs for more than 5lbs at any give time, but cannon shooters might. My powder/primer magazines are old DIEBOLD teller stations from an old bank remodel, and they meet the criteria.
