These are switch buildings that were built on the sites in the 30s to house telephone junctions that with technology can now be housed in cabinet-sized roadside right-of-way sites. (Green boxes). Not big enough to split. One is about 50+100 and the other is about 208x190x275 (odd shaped.) They have electricity available but thats it. I believe they are both within 1/4 - 1/2 mile of the river, based on the surveys I have, adjacent to government land (They own most of the stuff near the river). Price is negotiable.
