I was talking about a book that claims to know one way or another about the outcome of the Iraq war. I think it's way too early to tell! To even write such a thing just stinks of politics. I'll wait for the historian's account!

As for the current state of affairs or what we should do from today forward that is and should be debated, hopefully for the betterment of all Iraqis. The fact that they are preparing for elections this weekend (I think it's this weekend?) is a decent start.

The real test for the Iraqi people and their government will come as US troops move out. Again way too early to tell how this plays out so again to write a book about it is simply stupid unless you are pushing a politcal agenda.

I understand you don't like the fact we went there in the first place. Bad intellegence is pretty much always going to lead to FUBAR.
