Anyone have any experience having lamb or beef cattle slaughtered & butchered in Thurston Co?

Thinking of buying a couple lambs this year and I can't exactly bleed 'em out with a fillet knife in the driveway. Well I could, but some neighbors might find it objectionable.
I know Stewart's will butcher, but they don't slaughter.
