BTW, when was the last time someones house burned down and they
came crying you? I've never had anyone come crying to me to pay for
their house. There is no way possible to take care of everyone, no matter how good your intentions are.

BTW, you are the one that compared HC to homeowners. If it was up
to me, if you put your house in a flood plain without flood insurance, I wouldn't let people collect money for that either. We bail them out too.
