Yes it is Hank.
That used to be the only resort at the lake that my friend was allowed to launch that beast at.
He raced several boats in the alcohol hydro division and was very successful for a small operation.

He was offered a ride in a nitro boat.
He tested it and was overwhelmed with the completely unruly handling and the over the top horsepower.
That's coming from a guy that did 230 mph on the water!




He has a family and after splintering his boat at the Red Bluff nationals, he wisely resigned from the sport.
Alcohol engines produce crazy amounts of horsepower.
Nitro is well....indescribable.



Nitro and water don't mix well.
