Check out Cabelas.com. I think it's a Creek Company brand. Two seater you can convert to a one man. Comes with oars, anchor, seats, hard platform down most of the middle. Optional casting rail upfront. I think the whole thing goes for $1100 with a couple of options. It may not be a hard core class III-IV whitewater type but I've heard good things about them. The local fly shop in town offered to beat Cabelas by $50 to $75 on any of the same brands as Cabelas carries.
