The other night my wife sauteed some clams with olive oil, butter, fresh basil and tomatoes at high heat (just before smoking) and they were unbelievable. I've decided I would rather have them this way instead of deep frying. Seems that they can be a bit too rich and I can't eat as many deep fried. Really no matter which way I've had them lately they are awesome! smile


I got Razors last weekend and look forward to the alternative dishes. Going back if April is a dig, good family fun

I am going to try this tasty dish out I have heard good things add some garlic and Game on.


Oh yeah....forgot the garlic was in there as well.
