NetMinder: eggs are surprisingly easy to prepare--actually it's better than easy -- it's AMAZING, because when you add the salt they turn the most impossibly red/clear/vibrant color (at least if you use salt, not soy)... Search for "Ikura Sushi" on google... I used these recipes:
