They can and they don't??? If true there should be a money trail to who is paying off who big enough that it wouldn't be to hard to fallow.

you just now figurin this out.-------do ya know about the gas tax that she (gov) decided to give the tribes 75% of what they collect in tax. Say goodbye to your state roads. So if this bothers you, don't buy fuel from the tribes.
