Here's another sad story. This occurred at the mouth of the Lewis just across the river from Sand Island.
There's a small campground and boat launch on the Lewis just upstream from the Columbia.
Folks love to camp with trailers, fish, etc and tie up their boats in the Lewis.
Apparently these bastards cut loose a someone's boat and towed it around the corner, into the Columbia and beached it. Then they apparently stripped it.

Sure hope they get caught.
