I just built that same rod... What's the problem with it?

It's a perfect rod for summer run fishing, even if used with a spinning reel pitching light hardware. If you straight pin fish with it it does take a bit of weight to get a proper load.

Great deal for who ever is in the market for a slightly faster action CP rod.
