Right ON! Rough thing to get a kid started in however... I became addicted at an early age, and spent a loooooooot of time flingin' sticks. Had a 20yd range in the house, a 100yd range out back, with tables arrow tubes, and graveled pads every 10 yards. in high school, my target bows cost more than my car But it was fun...lots o' fun.

Oh...and tell him to stop shooting all arrows at the same spot. Robinhoods and trenched arrows get spendy FAST!
