Hmmm, I read a book about 20 years ago that had a title of the latitude of the SK/NK border Yankee. The military types should maybe review it and brush up on how to fight this war. My recollection is that there was a logistical problem getting critical supplies from somewhere like Kansas over to SK. And that was without simultaneous wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

If it weren't for pssing off China, a nukes first approach that could just make NK disappear would be so appealing. I mean, wouldn't China and SK both be better off without a NK? And the area would still be a buffer zone insulating China from the dreaded effects of American and SK democracy and pluralism.
