It's just a shooter now because of the condition. Somebody "might" pay $100-$200 for a gun in rough shape, probably on the lower end.

It will take some work to make a rough gun look good, and the person who does the work should get the benefit.

Few people will buy the gun on what it "could be", at an inflated price. Kind of like selling a lump of coal, saying it "could be" a diamond if you put enough work into it, and charging the price of a diamond.
