if anyone believes this post they are seriously missing the boat, the whole goal of the wdfw testing selective commercial gear is to lower the release mortality rate so they can catch more hatchery fish before the esa take limit is reached, as far as "will the commercials catch more, maybe but so will we ??, that is a joke because the main reason the wdfw is testing this gear is so the commercials can catch more fish, as far as "so will we" ?, how can we do that without more esa take ?
