With the local CC finishing up last month, a gap in our collective work schedules and a similar gap in the world cup playoffs, Jr. & I finally managed to drag the Hyde over the mountains for some quality time. Spent two days floating, fishing, camping and making some memories. There were lots of laughter, kid grins and conversations of floating other rivers when the hoppers are out in force. There was even a desire to learn how to tie some of those flies that catch fish. Sounds like a good plan to me....
