In the spirit of the initial post:

When those farthest to the right learned that,
despite all their venom and hatred,
he had been elected anyway,
they said it didn't matter.

They just kept the bullsh!t coming, as if it would somehow reverse the outcome. Despite being POTUS, he was nothing more in their eyes than a gay, socialist, Muslim nig*er, and they began to plot his lynching.

Well, I guess it's not entirely in the spirit of the initial post. I should have thrown in a few grammatical errors and some hearsay for added authenticity.

What a waste of time. Why did I read as much of it as I did? I knew what it was after the first riveting paragraph. Why did I feel compelled to respond? Why, why, why?

I do agree with one point made, however: Together we stand; divided we fall. Not too sure that racism, xenophobia, homophobia, and the like are the sort of values on which we will come together, though.

For the record, I am a white, lower class (let's be honest - there is no middle class), heterosexual male who refuses to associate himself with either political party.
