I enjoyed Swamp People quite a bit. Something that occurred to me was that Cajuns, who are often viewed as a laughing stock, are extremely resourceful and self-sustaining, and in my view, among those most fit to survive an all-out economic meltdown (which is seeming more and more likely every day).

The show featured some great cinematography of the Louisiana swamplands, and I also enjoyed learning new terms like "tree-shaker."

Good stuff, Paw Paw.
