So, after some prodding by the owner of a Chinese restaurant in Corvallis, I agreed to a challenge.

A pound of each of his 7 favorite chicken dishes, in an hour, for $400. No rice, noodles, veggies... just straight chicken.

I could really use $400... that's like 3 tanks of diesel for fishing....

After a little over 2 lbs, much to the dismay of like 25 people in my 'audience', I threw in the chopsticks....

Moral of the story, 7 lbs of chicken is a hellofalot of chicken. Don't let shifty Chinese dudes swindle you into challenges. (Plus side, he didn't charge for my fiance's dinner, and she paid for mine )
