Say what you want about the PC kool-aid, but so far this management team's decisions have been pretty good. Our (second) first round pick had 2 picks yesterday, and is already a gamer DROTY candidate. The 'Hawks had a guy score 2 TD's yesterday, they got him and a 7th round pick, for a 5th round pick. He almost broke a third return for a TD.

Further, our D-Line is just loaded with big fat guys, as opposed to our "athletic" lineman we used to have last year. Night and day difference, nobody is getting any yards on the ground against the hawks.

When Curry went out yesterday Gates went crazy. There is no-one on the Hawks team (LBs and safeties other than Curry) who can even keep up with him in the open field.

SF is under-performing a lot, but they played against two teams away who are turning out to be better than predicted. Then the SB champs, so they might be victims of their own hype.
