Came back skunked on halibut but did catch a 26" ling cod. Fished from 300 feet in to 150 for halibut around garbage dump point area. A charter will almost asure a fish but we didn't have a spare $100 plus it's fun to try yourself sometimes. Someday I'll have to do the BC charter route though, just for the experience.
Neah Bay was kinda windy and we couldn't go to the spot I wanted to try but we sure did give it our best shot. Now I need to go soak in a hot tub and rest these aching bones!
