With that attitude it probably doesn't matter where you go; you've already lost.

But aside from that, what sort of things does your spouse enjoy?

There's the history museum, glass museum, art museum all within walking distance of one another. For an intimate romantic dinner there's a little place called Over the Moon Cafe on Opera Alley. If she enjoys good craft beer, there's a great little tavern with an awesome neighborhood atmosphere called the Parkway Tavern near Wright's Park. Wright's Park has a nice atrium to wander through, too. Doyle's Public House has a wonderful Irish atmosphere with great beer and food. And then there's the higher end places like El Gaucho's, Melting Pot, and the Cliff House, which by the way has a great view of the city at night. The piano bar mentioned earlier is probably Chopstix on 6th Ave.

Of course you could always do what's comfortable for you and just go to Deja Vu after dinner at Hooters.

+1 rofl

There's also Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium and The Goldfish Tavern if you get into town early enough, Katie Downs on the Ruston Way for casual Pub Fare and beer, or if she made you put on clean clothes and comb your hair, you can go down the street to Shenanigans for some steaks.

For some reason I have more fun in T-town than I do in Seattle. It's cheaper, the drive's not as schitty, there's parking, and it's not full of asswipes from the mid-west in pleather jackets carrying messenger bags.
