I don't know why they would want such a fish. When I fished in Eastern Wash a few years ago. My buddy caught a 18" dolly and when he cleaned it it had a 6" rainbow in it's stomach. Back in the good old days it was legal to keep them. If all they do is eat, then they will eat everything in the lake including Trout.
